3. Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.

   My legal name has an apostrophe in it and isn't accepted in the payment process.

10. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

    I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself

    After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
    Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.
