YOU SHOULD ALLOW ADVANCE PAYING, FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE BILL IS DUE ON THE 1ST, ALLOW SCHEDULING FOR THE 1ST BEFORE THAT DATE.

I only wanted to pay
I only wanted to pay what was available in my checking account. Last month I had the option to make a partial payment. the intent was to pay out of 2 separate accounts which I did last month. When unable to see this option, I cleared out the information like name, account number, routing number ,etc. to zero all out to see what the next step looked like. but when I did hit pay, the entire amount was paid ..even though all was cleared. now my account is overdrawn!

This idea really stinks!!! When I pressed the review phase, the transaction was ALREADY completed and i was CHARGED $25.00 "convenience fee." For $25.00 savings, I would have sent a check. REVIEW CLOSELY WHAT YOU'RE DOING.

Had to try 3 x on th
Had to try 3 x on the website. Got licked out twice. Had to call your office, no one answered, had to leave message. Finally able to pay on line. Is this what I get for an additional $10.00 ?????!!!!! Bad service?????? Thanks
