Allow login from quicken (outside invoice email) to see ALL invoices from all vendors that use quicken for invoicing and payments. EG. I have several vendors that invoice me using Quicken. To pay each invoice I need to open several emails, click several pay now buttons, login several times, to pay each vendor. can you say carpal tunnel?

Make this particular payment portal utilize the same visual feel of the rest of your website. I spent 30 min. just determining if this was a scam email directing me to a scam website. The rest of your general intuit sites are wonderful, and use modern CSS - but this payment portal looks like it was designed in 1994. I had to actually sign in to Intuit before I could rest assured that the website was indeed legitimate.

Invoice date should be date it is emailed or distributed, not same as due date
Received the invoice by email on 9/11/2019. Invoice itself shows Date 10/01/2019 and Due Date 10/01/2019. For accuracy, Date of Invoice should reflect the date the invoice was sent out.

Show same name of payee in credit card reporting as in charge
Charges come through with mysterious name, not obviously associated with actural payee. Causes confustion and concern, leading to questioning charge with credit card company.

Make it work correctly.
Links to print invoice or receipt don't work in Internet Explorer and rarely work in Chrome. Your whole thing is VERY TEMPERAMENTAL! Based on my experience as a customer, I would never subject my customers to this frustration.

MAKE THE PAID INVOICE PRINTABLE FROM THE YOU PAID FINAL PAGE
WHEN YOU PAY A INVOICE YOU GET A POP UP THAT SAYS YOU PAID XXX AMOUNT. AT THAT POINT IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO PRINT THE PAID INVOICE. IN ITS CURRENT FORM YOU HAVE TO CLOSE THE POPUP THE GO BACK TO THE EMAIL CLICK REVIEW/PAY THEN IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO PRINT THE PAID COPY OF THE INVOICE.

"Download Invoice & Receipt" option after payment to have one combined file
I like that you can now download the receipt & invoice after paying for an invoice now! It would be even more helpful if there was an option to Download Invoice & Receipt into one file. Users could review the invoice within the website, pay for it, and then download both items they need into one convenient combined pdf file.

Please add a way to delete multiple invoices at one time, instead of one by one. Huge waste of time.

QB Invoice to QB Bill
My vendor sends QB Invoice, and I am paying thru m QB linked bank account. Eventhough both of us are using QB, the transaction have to be added manually. It will be nice if QB can recognize, QB invoice and create it as a QB Bill and mark it also paid as the transaction is paid thru QB.

import items into QBPOS from invoice
Allow invoice and items in invoice to be imported into QBPOS as new items and a purchase order/receiving voucher so I don't have to recreate all the information as well as marking it paid through QB.

Fix your website... It accepts my login credentials, but then just hangs!
Fix your website! I always pay from my mobile device b/c I don't log on to my pc every day. This is cumbersome, because when I do log in from my pc, I am forced to get a code sent to my email first. What happened??? Everything worked fine until about 2 months ago

Quit making me verify my identity every time I log in.
Every. Single. Time I log in, I have to verify my identity. It's just as fast to pull my credit card out and enter the information! This is so aggravating!

Fix bug which drops the leading zero from my routing number
I've been able to pay via EFT from several different accounts, except for my one account that has a leading zero in the routing number. I'd bet a paycheck that you're dropping that leading zero, thereby invalidating the routing number. To make matters worse, you then issue an incorrect error message, "Failed - Try again later."

Ability to reject incorrect invoices
No option exists to reject an invoice - specifically if one was sent to you by mistake.
