Allow viewing of all outstanding invoices from one place
Childcare provider uses QuickBooks, and each week is invoiced individually. If not paying weekly, would like to be able to see all invoices under my account so I can personally track what I still owe.

chase fraud dept stop payment
I will talk with chase fraud. I'm very disappointed with them right now. I hope no shipping deadlines were missed because of their over protection ideas and misunderstanding of what's happening in the real world. They text me while sleeping asking if I bought something from a clothing store for $603.53 and to answer Y or N and to wait 5 minutes and use my card again if the card ending in 0598 (my card) will be approved. Naming invoice.... In addition to the invoice ID, be able to name the payment. This would make it easier to locate when you are looking for it. Such as, After Care, 9/2019 (or AC/Sept 2019).

Receipt is not displaying properly
The receipt is not showing up properly. I'm getting the text "undefined" for Invoice No., Payment Method, and Transaction ID. I need a copy of the receipt with this information on it so that I can make a qualified FSA claim. This info would be nice to have displayed on the receipt.

Allow to correct/change the personal phone number on you record
Please allow people to correct/change their personal phone number when they sign in. If I can’t correct/change my phone number on my profile, I won’t be able to receive the verification code by phone.

Offer discount for quarterly payment vs monthly payment.
Offer discounts and allow client to pay quarterly, or biannually versus every month.

Fees
It seems that being charged to pay is a strange way to do business.
I would think you would want to encourage, loyal, good paying customers
to pay and not discourage them. I have to pay you to pay you?!?!.
Drop the quote un quote "handling fees".
Clean Communities provides the best trash service in the business. We have used several and that is a fact. You don't need these types of tactics to make money, just keep providing the great service that you do and word of mouth will make you the money you deserve.1 vote -
