When you click on "Download Receipt" it does not download as it does with "Download Invoice". Why not combine the two documents?

Many times, especially on initial or with updated invoices, we want our clients to sign their legal agreements, so why can't we just pay AND SIGN all on the same screen / device, at the SAME time?

Include the Payment Method & Authorization ID in printed receipts
Find a way to include the payment method and authorization ID in printed versions of the receipt because only the (initial) image receipt showed these items but the printed version of the receipt did not.

The business name does not show on the invoice. It will be great if the invoice shows the payer's name

Ensure Biller's name match on all materials throughout the process...
Ensure the name on the invoice,
the name on the payment confirmation page,
and the name on the downloadable receipt...

Use the correct amounts - Invoice amount and website amounts are different
Use the correct amounts on your invoice - Invoice amount and website amount have discrepancies. The discrepancy is the tax amount on the invoice. I am only willing to pay the advertised website amount! If there is an issue with this, please contact me asap so I can cancel my reservation. Thank you.

Please also permit payment of amounts different from the exact amount of an invoice.
