Show invoice as PIF
When I pay a bill through QB it gives me the option to download the payment or download the invoice. It would be perfect if the downloaded invoice showed PIF and the date.

By allowing a Sales Tax Exemption for non-profit organizations
It took months to generate an invoice that didn't have the Sales Tax added to the payment.

Regular Invoices
Please provide monthly invoices showing current amount due and all payments received either by email or paper option. I always have to search out an old email invoice in order to pull up my current invoice.

The receipt generated is almost useless.
At a minimum, include the full name of the party paid, instead of a single initial.
Even better, itemize the receipt to show what the $ was for.

It would be very helpful to display a history of paid invoices when logged into the QuickBooks invoice payment portal. Sometimes a question comes up whether a personal vendor invoice has been paid, and getting the list from QuickBooks seems like a logical way to answer this question. After logging onto the QuickBooks payment portal with one of the vendor's invoices, it would be very beneficial to view past invoices from that vendor and date each invoice was paid.

Give your total up front
I tired of getting a bill that says 58, and then when you go to pay there are additional charges to pay when checking out, please just bill what the total is there are no surprise when paying bills,
It helps out you consumers, when you actually know what to pay up front, not two separate invoices that are completely different!1 vote -
do not invite me to create another account to make things "faster"
there is nothing faster about having 365 million accounts for every company i do business with. it's much faster to type everything every time than to try to figure out how to log in to something i only use once or twice a year. stop it already. you aren't saving me any time whatsoever and you're inviting me to assume a security risk with yet another set of credentials related to my identity sitting on your server. no thanks.

Offer an option to pay for more than 1 month at a time.
Offer an option to pay for more than one month at a time. Also consider PayPal or Venmo to payments.

Intuit/Quick Books Sign-on
When Signing into Intuit/Quick Books Account, System should recognize either Account ID -or- email address as same account. Currently, the system thinks account logon by email ID is different the Acct ID logon with different Passwords. Very confusing - should either explain or make logon/passwords interchangeable.
