Link bills to QBO so they automatically show up in 'Bills'
Rather than just getting emails from different vendors, perhaps there could be a way to link the vender to my QBO account, so when they send a bill, it shows up inside QBO automatically under bills or wherever else makes sense.
This could be an option after receiving an email bill. The user could approve future bills sent to QBO. The vendor could also be notified of this option.
This would simplify workflow and also automatically link receipts to payments.

I was never made aware of due date. I do not have board but paid anyway. I do not like this practice
Call or text of there is an agreed upon due date. I was never advised nor agreed to a date. I do not think I should be asked to

Prorate Storage Amounts
It is ridiculous that we are required to pay a full month's fee for 3 days of storage. You can improve your service by doing the right thing and not overcharging customers.

email receipt button after payment
Create an email receipt button rather than download. I don't want it but the accounts department do so why would I want to download it.

Print Invoice marked "PAID" with date/time stamp.
Rather than having to print both the invoice and the receipt, why not combine them?

automatically enter transaction in QuickBooks
If we are using QB for our own business accounting, then when we pay a different business with QB then it should automatically enter that transaction into our QB company file

When downloading the receipt it attaches the invoice also, for it all to b one file.
Either combine the two download invoice and download recipe or give an options to select what you want downloaded into one file to save.

Make it more clear that if you have an intuit account, you can sign in here with it.
It was my third or fourth time paying an invoice before I realized that I could do it with my exisiting Intuit account--it didn't require yet another group to have my banking info.
