Website says free shipping if over $100, make sure when sending invoices that they reflect what the website says

Put the right dates, make it to where I can go and pay without needed an invoice.
Putting the correct dates and making it to where I don’t have to wait on an invoice to make a payment. Maybe create a site where I can go and make the payment.

Invoice should details which shifts are being paid for
Its easier to keep track if the invoice says for which shifts (dates, hours) are being paid for.

Late fees on balance due instead of entire purchase price 🤷🏽♀️

put "BP wastewater......invoice #" in the file name.
My computer is overloaded-if the downloaded documents (invoice-etc. could have "BP wastewater invoice #" in it that would make it easier to find when needed

Provide a better error message than "Error" if credit card company flags the payment
Received a non-descriptive message of "Error" when the problem was merely that my credit card company thought the payment might be fraudulent. If QuickBooks gets feedback like that from the company, then SAY SO!!! Don't provide TOTALLY USELESS error messages that mean absolutely nothing. I have urged the merchant to quit dealing with your company & start using PayPal as a means of accepting payments from customers.

You can pick up my trash every week like you're supposed to, and reply when people call and email you.
It is WRONG to expect people to pay you on time and with a good attitude when you go weeks without picking up the trash.

Allow option to pay a different amount than the full invoice
We have a $300 credit with our supplier and would like to subtract that from the amount paid.
