3. Check routing and account number before sending confirmation

   I thought my payment was made when I was sent a confirmation from quickbooks but was contacted 1 month later by the merchant that the funds never went through. Confusing when you get a confirmation email. Quickbooks should check that the routing and account will work before sending confirmation.

4. Doesn't work with Safari

   Your software does not work with Mac OS Safari. I received a link from a vendor which lead to a null page. Worked when I switched to Firefox.

5. Add "American Express" to your invoices - It is only displayed on your web payment page.

   Your payment page on your portal displays American Express as an accepted card but the attached PDF invoice does not list it.

9. Pay when service rendered. No Invoice fee and no interest accrue.

12. Please eliminate $2999.99 limit on bill pay that was imposed 7/6/2018

    Many of us routinely write many checks larger than the $2999.99 limit you just imposed on 7/6/2018. It seems very unreasonable to drop this on everyone who have been faithful users for years and years.

    Please revert back to your old "no-limit" policy for everyone or at least give us a path to gain case-by-case approval to have this limit removed.

13. CHange the bill pay check limit BACK to NO LIMIT. A CAP of 2999.99 per check is nothing short of rediculous for an operating company.

    It is difficult for us to comprehend a that a software company that says it "serves" businesses can arrive at a limit of $2999.99 per check for payables using bill pay.

    Intuit owns PayTrust, which receives all of my regular monthly bills for me. I like to automate all my payments through PayTrust and pay Intuit every month for the service. Please enable receipt of QuickBooks invoices and their payment all through PayTrust.
