1. Update Debit/Credit Card Infomation

   PLEASE allow a USER-FRIENDLY option to update stored debit/credit card information! It is ridiculous that I cannot find any way to update my card. Remember, debit/credit cards EXPIRE and we should have an easy method to update. Ugh. Too bad my service provider only accepts this pitiful payment option (Inuit/Quickbooks). NOT user-friendly!!

3. Payment option is a MUST

   My accountant let me pay her full invoice amount at the end of the year in 2 or three installments. An option for "other amount" is a must as I'm not able to pay upfront the full invoice. Give people the option to pay whatever they want.

    Use Square to pay with and major credit or debit card. It’s professional and safe. I wouldn’t mind even paying a small fee for the option.

15. QuickBooks should verify the routing and account numbers before sending to the bank. Why send confirmation if it has NOT been paid.

    Why can't you confirm the correct info before processing? This method is commonly used by many company's. Why send confirmation if there was a problem with that payment?

19. I liked the option of paying with PayPal although it did not go through

    When I received my invoice by email, I immediately paid it with PayPal. I was surprised when I received another invoice. I discovered it was never charged on my PayPal account so I paid again by credit card. Seems like the PayPal on your first invoice was not working

    Allow us to tip. Come to find that they don’t allow a tip in the invoice. Had I known I would’ve just given the worker cash
