Payment
If you accidentally enter your bank account information the software should be intuitive enough to at least realize a digit is missing. The company was charged an insufficient fund fee because I mistakenly was missing a digit from my account #. I was responsible for the $25.

Something not allowing my card on name to be entered as is (hyphenated first name)
QBO would insist not allowing hyphen, which means I am left with leaving a space or type continuously

Listen to users and act on their feedback! Sooo many users here asking for support for recurring payments,year after year, plenty of votes, but QuickBooks does... nothing. Why ask for feedback if you're not going to do anything about it?

Use debt or credit card instead
Use debit or credit card instead of check with routing number. I don't keep checks on me, so it's quicker to do it by card.

Would like to enter my checking/routing account number so that I don't have to constantly submit my numbers every month.
Would like your system to hold my routingchecking account number so that I don't need to subit every single onth. Talk about being in the dark ages. Never have seen a system that does not provide that essential information.

stop downloading files and give option to just print. I don't like all these files being downloaded, all I need is a printout.
I pay my rent every month with QB. It always downloads the receipt never the option to just print. I don't like having all these files on my drive, I want to just print a copy that I paid and be done with it.

Offer Debit / Credit Card Payment
It would have been nice to use my debit / credit card to make the payment because the payment is taken from my account right away, as opposed to the personal check account payment which can take a few days.

Signing in to my account
Paying invoice: I have to re-enter my information each time from my checking account, it's like I'm setting up my account each time I pay an invoice. Then once I do that, I have to wait to get a confirmation number that is sent to my cell to verify its me and enter it . There are too many steps, however I do appreciate the text to verify its me for security purposes, but other then that it does gets a bit annoying! Thanks

Default to the last payment method
It would be appreciated if it would remember the last payment method and default to that for each invoice.

Provide button for Apple Pay and allow customers to use that without logging in so it’s faster and easier
Provide a button that allowed to pay via Apple Pay without loggin in. Easy and fast way of payments
