automatic numbers for the cashbook, in desktop quickbooks it was done automatically but for quickbook online we have to do it manually and it is time consuming. Share other ways to do the capturing.

You asked for "name on card" & then rejected the name I typed, which was EXACTLY as it appears on my card.
My middle name is my preferred name, so the displayed name on my credit card consists of an abbreviation of my 1st name (WM for William), connected to my middle name by a dash, and then followed by a space and my last name. It's upsetting that you refused to accept the name on my card EXACTLY the way my credit card company has it displayed.

I thing your great but...... But..... I would easy pay a small or any reasonable amount if you obviously cut the weeds. You could charge or
cut the weeds in obvious places and charge or included Dont ignore. If its coming through the wood work charge and correct,

Debit card
Shouldn't have customers providing entire account number and routing numbers. Should have an option for debit card use.

Net 30's, credit cards, biz credit building friendly methods for payment
If you can integrate business credit building (I.E net 30 the monthly management fee) or allow credit card payments it would go a long way. Would love to net 30 the monthly fee and pay smaller incidental invoices with cards to build credit out and get points for example.

Online payment
Dear QuickBooks Team,
I have a suggestion regarding the payment process for invoices. When I pay invoices from my vendors who use QuickBooks, I can log into my QuickBooks account and make the payment using my saved account information. It would be incredibly helpful if the payment receipt and a copy of the invoice could be automatically attached to my payment records in QuickBooks.

Save a Credit Card on File
Saving a credit card online expedites payments so I dont need my credit card in my hands plus re-entering all of the necessary numbers

i have reported this problem of auto pay several times in the past. you guys never even acknowledge that you received this. This is the worst company i have ever delt with. Get with the program and act like a professional business. Please update your auto pay because i use to have it but now it has disappeared from the face of the earth.

not ideal how to give partial payment-can be done but not obvious, also would be good to have credit card option (even if there are fees)
can edit amount paid, but not obvious that you are able or how to enter it.
Also, no option for anything except direct bank transfer. Should make this an option for more timely payment.

I am about to drop this service because it is so hard to get you paid. I receive an invoice on e-mail every month although I have repeatedly told you to automatically take the payment out of my account. Then I try and Pay the invoice and it doesn't work properly and I don't get back to it for a week or two Very Very inconvenient!!!! Now it is telling me I have an invalid e-mail
