provide better/live support for payments that have errors
got an error on two different cards. error is vague and unhelpful.
"Error you can try again, or come back later and try connecting then". and clearly there's no problems with the two cards I tried. why isn't there live support?1 vote -

Allow vendors to have quickbooks remember their credit card information without their having to set up an account with you.
I hate having to set up accounts with everyone. I don't like sharing my personal information with everyone and remembering a hundred passwords.
If I'm the recipient of an invoice, could your system just give me the option of remembering my credit card, without my having to establish an account with you?

Charge less for credit cards / bank transfers
Considering payment methods are chosen by the vendors, if the fees from QB were less, maybe more vendors would allow all payment methods.

When I paid using a bank transfer, the receipt does not say how I paid. It would be ideal to have "electronic transfer" with the account number as ********07. This would help us confirm where the funds came from.

Do not ask for the CV on back of the card. The Expiration and Zip are enough.

multiple accounts alias
On Accounts list please add a field for custom name or alias for each account, it will be easy to spot the right one

Remove The Checking Description or Ask People to put in the whole account number
The display for the Account number throws you off because it shows the checking display that only show some of the account numbers. Maybe they can add a "and/or"" insert the whole account number from you bank. We think this will help other not to get confused.
