5. Don't require first and last name for credit cards

   I know multiple people with only one name. Your form seemed to require two names before submission. Wasn't a problem for me, but certainly would be for some.

   Give the client access to modify their payment options after paying invoice (i.e. Login access to add/remove/update payment option anytime). This would be helpful to those of us who only pay monthly invoices and may have had to change their billing method or update their card.

12. If you make a mistake please allow people to go back and correct it!!!! instead of charging overdraft fees to everyone.

    Please allow payees to go into their account and fix a mistake, if you put in the wrong number there is no way to correct it and then charge people overdraft fees on wrong accounts

18. I DO NOT like this software to save my checking account number!! Give me the choice about whether to save the numbers for future use.
