Work with major banks to allow payments.
For some reason, I always got an error when I tried to pay from Bank of America. Do you not have a working relationship with them?

Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number.
Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number. I'm shocked this is even a possibility. One should have a 2nd factor authentication like a 6 digit pin code being sent to your email or phone (as recorded on your Bank account).

Make a printable paid receipt to be printed on one sheet of paper instead of two sheets
Currently a paid receipt requires two sheets of paper for printing; streamline the paid receipt to be printed on one sheet of paper instead of two.

Be able to link a cc to this account so I can pay from my phone automatically.
To have to pull out my huge business checking book every month to pay this bill is a chore any more. I don't really write any checks any more.
It just means that I pay a little late and that it's more of a chore.
I pay for other services directly from my phone using my cc number, I can pay within 5 min of receiving the invoice and then its DONE.2 votes -

We have PayPal and Venmo, so either seems to be beneficial for most people as far as numbers go.

Link contractors with subcontractor QB for easier/faster payments
Link payee and payer QB accounts for faster/easier payment methods. I pay the same subcontractors often and it would be very simple to do it through my QB.

I expected to be able to pay via credit card, didn't want to give you and your database access to my bank account.
find a way to jump into the current times and make credit card transactions possible

Accept other forms payment.
Accepting a debit card is the least you can do. Accepting a credit card or Paypal would be great even if you charge a fee.

I couldn’t get the invoice to download only the receipt. Would have liked to had a copy of both. Paying with PayPal would make things easier
Being able to use PayPal would be more convenient. Also I couldn’t get the invoice to download, only the receipt. I would’ve liked to had a copy of both. Being able to print from receipt instead of downloading would also be helpful.

Save payment methods linked to phones, using ultra secure encription
Link accounts to phones or other devices and secure data with the best encryption you can get. Also, ensure your IT people get notified if there is a network intrusion or attempt
