  2. Add bank details on invoice so we can pay via wire for payments being made internationally

    I have had many issues paying via quickbooks, where it looks as though the payment has gone through but it hasn't.

  19. Don’t tell me I’ve made a partial payment when I have paid in full (because you’ve already told me that if I pay ACH, $75 fee NA.

    Don’t tell me (after I’ve paid via ACH) that I only made a partial payment when I have clearly paid the bill in full ($75 credit card fee does not apply to ACH)
