  1. Get me directly to the right screen

    I get an email from CheapScape and it brings me to the "guest" payment screen. I am a customer so I have to click on sign in then pay the bill.
    It would be nice to recognize my email address as a customer and bring me directly to my customer account and save me the extra steps.

  11. Other payment options

    I wish there was an option to pay on a certain day and to pay whatever amount you would like. I also would like a paper bill sent to my home for easy reminder. I sometimes forget to check my emails.

  19. Adding easy payment options

    Adding options like Apple Pay or paypal for easier and more secure payment information. It is unnerving to manually enter a routing and account number on a web portal. It just doesn’t make me feel safe typing those numbers in.
