I demand a refund for the $25 you charged me
We all use internet payment sites. However, this site inappropriately charged the company I was trying to pay a $25 for a “returned check fee” after I made a simple data entry error when putting in my checking account info. ALL payment sites I use first let me know before I submit payment if my numbers are off. This site accepted my payment and confirmed receipt as soon as I hit submit. Please give a total with and without credit card processing fee
Good afternoon. Hope all is well. Please give a separate amount for paying dues with and without the Credit Card Processing Fee. Once the person select their method of payment, the invoice should adjust accordingly. However, there is a balance after editing the amount paying by bank transfer.

Bank issued debit cards
It would be great if I could use my bank issued depit card. Funds would be deducted automatically as opposed to days later.

Put the options in your mail you send out do we don’t have to bother you.
Put the options in your snail mail you send out with the other sheets of papers. That way we don’t have to wait to find out what is needed.

$10+ conveyance fees seem astronomical!
What other ways can I pay? 10.71 times 12 months is over $100 a year just to pay with a debit card.

Confirm that our payment information is erased immediately after we send it. I want to know that my information is safe. I have been hacked through QuickBooks payments in the past.

Provide a way to pay more than what is on the statement. Prior to Covid
Prior to covid I was able to walk into the location and pay a few months at once. I am unable to do that online.

Offer PayPal as a payment option
Offer PayPal as an option. Most people will purchase via PayPal because they don't have to put their Credit Card Information out into Cyberspace.
