CC fee should be automatic on top of amount
As someone who pays with this and runs a company. We don’t always know of client will pay with cc or not. QB should auto add the convenience fees if cc option is picked. We lose out on thousands a year due to this. How has QB not thought of this. No we do not want to send an additional invoice for 3% after we find out they paid via cc

Make it very explicit on the invoice what is being paid for.
Currently it doesn't say anywhere on the invoice what I'm actually paying for.

Include a running total of all unpaid past invoices. PLEASE!!!! It's impossible to organize these single month invoices with no references
Currently the monthly invoice includes ONLY the current month. If a month is missed, you have no running balance or any inkling that you are not up to date. It makes it terrible confusing for the customer. When I had a business and used Quickbooks, my invoices included all current and past charges.

When a customer pays an amount different than the invoice, allow for an adjustment or note on the invoice that updates to the correct invoice amount without showing a remaining amount.

Give an an option to question the amount
My invoice has been over priced missing credits or undercharged when credits no longer were owed. There should be an option to send the daycare a dispute or question or change the amount but not adding a credit automatically.

Higher Limit on Wire transactions
The reason I use Wire/ACH is for large transactions. I don't quite know where you came up with the $49.999 limit but customers can request more and you just have to break it into multiple payments which really serves no purpose.

Allowing more than one account to pay what is owed.
I would like to use more than one bank account to pay the balance of an invoice. That option is not available today.

Reduce the Font size and update invoice immediately to show payment on the front
The font size is huge and wasteful, and many other companies I pay this way are set up so that when I make the payment then look at the invoice again it is marked as paid. As it is I have to print a separate receipt, wasteful of paper and time.

Allow an option to pay total account balance on any invoice received
When we click "view & pay invoice" our total account balance should show somewhere and we should have an option to pay the full amount rather than having to pay each individual invoice.
