Be more specific with error messages.
I tried numerous times to pay, always receiving a generic error message that did not indicate what the error was (see attached screenshot). It was only after two days and numerous attempts that I tried scheduling the payment for the next day, and that worked. Apparently, scheduling it for the same day causes errors, but there was no way to know that from the generic error message. If the error message had said that I couldn't schedule for the same day, then it would have saved a lot of time and headache!

Payment made on time $945?
I made my 1st payment on time $945. Then later told payment did not take for some unknown reason. I called my bank and they had no idea what happen. So I am paying the original amount of $945 again from the same bank. Seaglass is unable to tell me if it was a billing error made by them or my bank. I am not responsible for any late charge. No-one is able to answer me as to who was at fault. Certainly if it was me or my bank I would have taken care of this bill a long…

stop charging convenient fees for paying by qbooks which it costs you zero dollars to use.

Dont tell me I still have a balance of 20.00 for credit card service charge when credit card was not used!
don't refleck credit card service fees as a balance due when no credit card was used! This was not a partial payment. This invoice was paid in full!

Add billable vendor name to customer invoice
When adding a billable expense to a customer invoice I would like the name of the vendor to be visible on the invoice.

Correct the “error” issue that pops-up on screen when trying to make a payment by credit or debit card so I don’t have to pay by check every time

QuickBooks Online Desktop App Will Stop Working
QuickBooks Online Desktop App Is useful and allows to have multiple tabs open with ease It is very hard to keep copying and pasting links in browser to have multiple QB windows open.

Larger and darker font, it is very hard to read with how tiny it is currently.
options to increase the font size and option to change the color of the font to either black or blue because the current font is very difficult to read.

Sender’s name
Please include senders name in email, not just their company. The email was almost impossible to find.

be clear about autopay intervals that aren't monthly
My merchant invoices every 3 months. It isn't clear that your Autopay service can handle this--all the descriptions say "monthly".

Payment due
More than one notice of payment due date. This would be great for people who are not on their computers daily. This could eliminate late fees. I’m one of those people
