  2. Debit card as a default payment method.

    Don't use debit card as the default payment method. I've never seen anyone else doing it this way. I just sent payment via credit card not noticing that debit card was the default. I hope my payment went through.

  6. You could require an answer to "Debit" or "Credit" before filling in card info.

    The form resets when a user switches card type – "debit" or "credit". Then they have to re-enter info. You could require a "debit" or "credit" choice prior to card info so that an oversight mistake is less likely.

  9. Include explanation "Payment will be made today if you don't select a different date".

    You have a new feature that allows payers to selected a different date. I looked at that and wondered: "if I don't select a date, will payment be made today?" Or... "if I don't selected a date - will payment never be made?"

    It's a good option - remember the old adage about overwhelming out day with small decisions: we need to save our decision-making energy for the important stuff.

    So please include advice to the effect:
    "New Features: click here to select a different payment date"
    and
    "note: payment will be made today if you don't select a date".

  16. payee should be able to make a note!!! SO MANY REQUESTS!

    Payee should be able to make a note that prints on the invoice at time of payment. This is basic stuff. Your competition does this.

  20. This invoice is quarterly, but auto-pay is only offered for an annual payment. C'mon, man.

    Unusable for quarterly payments. This is so basic it's hard to believe it's missing.
