Is there any customer service for payers for this at all? This is so frustrating, for years now.
My idea is for you to have customer service accessible to payers. I'd rather hand deliver in cash than keep using your service without any customer service.

I want to save my payment method AFTER I pay... why so many step/challenging to set up auto pay?
I want to be able to change or set up auto pay AFTER I pay an invoice - it's probably possible but it's too hard to find how to do it so I give up.

On my Android phone, entering the credit card number, the cursor kept switching back, screwing up the number. Long-standing issue, persists.
Does anyone read these complaints? On Android phone (at least, maybe iPhone too), credit card input has been screwed up for at least months, maybe years. How about addressing the issue?

PAYPAL is an easier system to pay if your company won't hold onto the cc in a safe place.

I could not get into your website with Firefox or with Chrome. Safari finally worked. I spent over an hour trying to pay this bill.
Would not work with Firefox or Chrome. It never did connect, just got a small dot moving back and forth. I suspect your system is broken. Finally tried Safari on my iMac and it opened the payment screen. Wasted over an hour trying to pay my electricians bill.

It's ridiculous that we can't paste into the confirm account number field
We should be able to paste into the confirm account number field since, like I'm guessing most people, I am copying the account number straight from my bank site and therefore it's actually more likely to be correct than typing it in myself.

Capture customer shipping fields
Would love the option like PayPal to be able to capture the customers shipping address instead of manually entering these fields

Add Company Name, DateStamp and Invoice Number to the filenames
Add Company Name, Invoice Number, as well as current date to the filenames for receipt and invoice when saving as PDF or printing it.
Just having "receipt.pdf" does not cut it.1 vote -
