Accept credit cards over the phone with QBO
Right now, to accept a credit card over the phone from a client I need to send a copy of the invoice to my own email, and then fill out the client's information, CC #, etc. Why not add this function to the website or QBO apps directly -- like the way Square manual CC payments are done, for example?

add memo field
add a memo field so notes can be included. I want to pay multiple invoices and reference them in a note and am not able to do so....OR ...include an invoice # field for customers who wish to pay multiple invoices and reference them in their payment. Otherwise, when I pay an invoice, it appears as if I have a credit balance, when in fact, I am paying off additional invoices...recipient does not know where to apply overages.

Allow similar payment option on estimates!
We send lots of estimates and only generate invoices for paid or PO'd orders. So offering these payment options on Estimates would be helpful!

Prevent invoices from being filtered and missed in email
You email was filtered and I would not have seen the invoice at all had I not searched for it in my email. You can embed something that tells you whether or not the invoice was opened and if not send a reminder or something to rectify the situation. You can also try to send emails in more than one way so that filters will be avoided. Metrics on how long it takes to open emails can also be used for A/B testing different methods (of trying to avoid filters).

allow people to pay with cash or paypal or venmo. this is very outdated. Furthermore, privileges people with access to bank accounts and computers. not inclusive
