  1. My current balance doesn’t come up as to what I owe, only the months balance, but my previous charges aren’t forwarded. Very confusing

  4. Tub still goes to OH

    I'm still have the same issue regarding the Temp. It still keeps going in to OH, and I have to shut it down. Left side of panel has been reading F2, but not always. I'm sure the unit you installed is probably good, so it may be something else.

  7. Names for separate payments

    My school requires that we have our name listed when we pay or else we have to provide our bank statements.

    If there was a way to provide that when we pay and the cardholder name would print, it would make it easier to provide my company the documents that they need.

  8. Payments

    Yes. My idea is. When we make a payment the system nottify us if the money went through or it was declined.
    I had to pay $35 my rent, because it said that my eletronic payment Bounced. I don’t know how but yes.
    I bounced and I had money on my account.
    So A iddea is the system tell us as soon we make payment if the payment went through or it was declined.
    I don’t want pay $35 dolar every time that the system have a problem. Or allow credit card 💳.

  12. Make it so I don't have to check for code

    Every time I send in a payment, I have to get a code via email or phone, and enter before proceeding. This is absolutely absurd. I can understand a code if removing funds, but for making a payment. That is what the login & password are for.

    The extra steps serve as nothing but an annoyance.

  13. The receipt does not include what I paid for (a one month rental on a specific apartment) and printing got me a blank page.

    Receipt should include what was paid for.
    Printed receipt should not be blank.

    I prefer having an email receipt. I prefer paying with PayPal rather than entering my credit card number online.

    Each different screen took about 7 minutes on average, took 15 minutes to pay one invoice.
