Don't allow the same requests to be posted repeatedly by different users, thereby diluting the number of votes for the very same topic.

I am from Canada we and I have an 8 digits routing number and I am trying to pay it won't let me and you advertise visa but don't accept it I need help to pay my bill please.

put the details of the invoice on the payment page!
what sucks about invoices... is that if you have more than one company that uses the same bookkeeper and they invoice you, you have to look at the invoice and remember which company and what the details of the invoice are..
and then because the accounts don't allow for nicnames, you have to remember which four digit account number is which company... this is a really really poor interface for something that deals with money.1 vote -

assign an invoice template to each customer
it would be great to be able to assign a template to each customer so I don't have to pick it every time I create a new invoice. This would include custom email verbiage for individual customers.

If I log in to pay an invoice, I should be able to login later and see all invoices and receipts processed through this account.
