assign an invoice template to each customer
it would be great to be able to assign a template to each customer so I don't have to pick it every time I create a new invoice. This would include custom email verbiage for individual customers.

I need to include a specific sentence on each invoice I send to a specific customer. But that sentence does not apply to other customers. I am really surprised that I would have to manually select a specific invoice template each time I invoice that customer. Is there currently no other way to achieve this in QBO?

it's a pretty basic function and was available on previous versions of QB.
If a business has multiple currency bank accounts they want to send the correct invoice with correct bank details to each territory WITHOUT HAVING TO MANUALLY SELECT THE PREFERRED TEMPLATE every time.
