Replace "ZIP" with "Postal Code"
As a Canadian, it's frustrating when asked to enter a ZIP code because we never know then whether we'll be able to finish the transaction or not.
Since your software works for other kinds of postal codes, you instructions should too.11 votes -
any way to add what the invoice was for on the receipt? it is on the initial page that invoicer fills out
any way to have what the receipt was for on the receipt, it is on the invoice, would be helpful for filing to have on receipt as well.

Why are you not sending emails confirming invoices have been paid. I prefer an electronic record keeping.

Invoice removal
I wish I could delete mass amounts of invoices from quickbooks at one time. I set up recurring payments for an HOA with 594 units and now the HOA plans to use another HOA software for invoicing. Its a nightmare trying to delete 6900 + invoices. Also, add a way to delete mass recurring transactions too.
Anything to make things easier on the Accountant.

Unable to print receipt from my computer. Many people commenting the same thing, so you really aren't interested in improving the experience
Fix your receipt option so it actually prints the receipt..
