Improve current method to enter date fields
When a customer is using your payment form, in the two boxes for the GOOD THRU dates, after the two digit month is entered, have the curser advance automatically to the two digit year field. Its a software modification, but this practice is very common when entering payments. Thanks

Have "save your data for the future" not reset the form!
Save your data is at the bottom. So a normal person fills out the form, then checks the box at the bottom...but doing that resets the form. Very annoying!!

Edit / Delete Contractor Payments
I keyed a contractor payment in error ($900.00 over what it was suppose to be) and submitted for direct deposit. I immediately realized my mistake but after two hours on the phone with support, everyone concluded it couldn't be adjusted. Had I been running payroll and paying and employee I would have had the option to edit or delete the payment and adjust it up until a certain time. It's the same process? There should be a way to edit a miskey without calling the bank to stop a payment. Shame on QuickBooks. What if I had forgot the decimal…

Practice Sales and Customer access to Team Members
Practice Customer/Sales only option give access to our TEAM is YES or NO.
We would like to give VIEW only access to people on SALES, but now everyone can amend Customers/Sales etc.

Be truthful in stating speed of payments
QuickBooks Payments routinely makes this statement to merchants, and the same message is thus conveyed to payers: "Funds will be deposited in your account in 2 - 5 business days." I have been using the QuickBooks invoice payment feature for more than a year and have received a statistically significant number of payments this way. It's nice to not have the hassle of mail and paper, I'll give you that. But it's just plain rubbish that QuickBooks ever turns things around in 2 business days. Ability to have standard or recurring line items on Estimates
Include recurring or standard line items on all newly created Estimates (recurring template doesn't meet need)
I currently use Projects to group together all related estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for a customer's job (my client is an interior designer). Because of this it's important for us to be able to "Add to Project --> Estimate" and that THIS estimate be the one with this recurring line item. Recurring Estimates can't be chosen from here, and my client gets confused.
Having this recurring line item is a great way to make sure standard charges don't get missed.
