3. Ex Vat total including discount

   Super Simple yet essential..
   Please please please can we get a Ex vat line on estimates and invoices that show the Ex vat price but including the Discount applied.
   When trading with other vat companies the numbers they want and need to see is the EX vat total.

4. Really not a good user experience. I can’t even tell you how to improve without you cutting me off.

   Omg. Your form just deleted all my comments!!! I wrote very detailed suggestions for you and they are now all gone.
   I will now just say a few words. This is is the worst payment system I have ever seen. Fire your UX team and find a new one. You may think this is a cool cute way to get feedback, but it’s not. Now it says “post idea”. I don’t want to post it, I want to send it to your management.

16. Month of service please include this description on your invoice.

    There are several customers requesting the same thing: to include the month of the service to be paid.. why is this not being addressed or fixed yet?

17. Balance and payments on invoice

    By adding current balance and how many payments the client has made so far on the invoice it allows them the opportunity to keep track and possibly consider and early lump sum payout. This elevates the staff from constantly receiving requests for that information.

    As a business, logged-in to my QBO account, when I pay an invoice from a vendor, I would like it to ask me if I'd like this transaction to post an Expense transaction with the invoice # as the reference #. Or record a bill + payment.
