List invoices paid or not paid.
Show invoices paid or not paid. At lease list invoices paid and what date so that we know which months not paid. We get emails for our invoices. Emails get mixed up with other emails. Hard to keep track which invoice is paid or not.

The inability to track this is the #1 reason that I tell merchants that if they bill be via QB the payment may be late or never happen because it gets buried in my email. I can't imagine ever using a payment system that can't even show me what's paid and unpaid.

There used to be this option, where once the invoice was paid you could download. I need to submit to insurance and need to prove payment. Now I must send both the invoice and the separate receipt. Much easier when there was just one document.

Agreed, hard to keep track of emails. A professional system should provide a list of all invoices, denoting which ones are paid/unpaid
