   The inability to track this is the #1 reason that I tell merchants that if they bill be via QB the payment may be late or never happen because it gets buried in my email. I can't imagine ever using a payment system that can't even show me what's paid and unpaid.

2. Show history of past invoices outstanding. It's weird to get an an email saying $X is due but then the invoice says that $Y is due.
