  1. Add an explanation of what the charges are for. That would avoid customers having to call for an explanation each bill.

  4. save credit card information

    When i pay a bill on your website, i get asked if i want the credit card to be saved. your website never saves my credit card information and it's very annoying.

  9. I would like both the routing and account numbers to have to be entered twice to confirm

    The routing number is just as important as the account number. If either is entered incorrect then the payment will not go through and will be charged a fee by Intuit and possibly the merchant. That is why I believe all numbers entered should be entered twice and verified to match.

  10. Too slow

    Click on the link to pay an invoice and either crashed or simply takes FOREVER to complete the process. This really needs improvement.

  11. Better Android Compatibility

    Did not allow us to pay with an android phone. It let us put in payment info but clicking on pay did nothing. Worked when I used a laptop. Nothing "quick" about that.

  14. Ability to pay discounted amount that's being offered if paid before a certain date.

    I was offered a discount of $.10 per gallon if paid by 8-27-19 which would have been $253.89. There was no option to put in this amount to pay. therefore I forfieted the discount of $9.10 and had to pay the full amount of $262.99. Disappointed. Can I get this credit applied to my next bill?

  16. Verify payment account information so inaccurate information is not accepted. I don't trust Intuit internal security, so I don't save mine.

    Verify payment account information so inaccurate information is not accepted. Many other transaction sites verify and will not accept wrong account numbers or I.D. I don't trust Intuit internal security, so I don't save mine on the site. The result was a $10 fee for a mis-entered payment account number. Very annoying.

    cant pay with a MAC product. In this day and age should be capable to do that.
