Stop using popups and allow new user to be created in a new screen/tab.
FIrst time user. I was asked to create an account, after typing in my billing information. I filled out the pop up, once I noticed my pop up blocker stopped it 3 times. THEN, after I created an account, the popup times out for a long running script. Plus, the person I was paying, showed I had zero due. I had to go to Discover to see if the payment was pending, before coming back to the site and having to refill out my old information. Lose the popup and just prompt me, as a new user, to optionally fill…

Void checks where a credit memo has been applied, the credit memo is reusable
Allow QuickBooks to reapply credit memos which were applied to voided check.

When I clicked the question mark regarding the routing number, it would not go away. Pretty hard to finish payment, but I did it:)
Remember my routing number. But not my account number.

sign estimate
Allow me to add my signature to estimate as well as toggle signature signing on and off. Basically add a area in the form section to control who signs the document

Before tapping the send payment, ask to vertify the amount before sending
You may enter the wrong amount or you may have wanted to change the original amount and even a key stroke error.

Text Notifications
Send a text notification that an invoice has been posted. I forget to look ON the first of every month and I get so many emails that I don't typically know when I receive one.

Improve uptime for systems during weekends
Payment of invoicing was not possible on Saturday. This hurts small business (specifically small trades) as they do much of their work on weekend.
