A vendor credit should apply in Melio when paying bills.
If you enter a vendor credit in Quickbooks online, it will appear when you click "Pay Bills" and select the payment. However, when you click on "Schedule an online payment," the amount changes back to the non-discounted amount. The user must manually adjust the payment to the discounted amount when using Melio. The two systems (Quickbooks and Melio) should communicate with one another.

Add a sentence to the pay feature to check for text message approval
Our payment was declined because we did not realize the credit card company was sending us a text to verify we were making a charge. A statement to that effect would have been helpful.

I wouldn't change a thing! Everything worked effortlessly on the MS Edge browser.
I would, however, recommend that the receipt provide the last four digits of the credit card/debit card used for the transaction.

Single download of invoice and receipt. Essentially, an invoice that is marked "Paid".
Instead of presenting an option to download the invoice before paying, just let me pay. Then, let me download the invoice with all its available detail, and mark it "Paid" with all the relevant payment details shown.

It would be nice to have more payment options.
Have you considered offering PayPal or Zelle? There's no need to dig for a credit/debit card or look up bank info with them. Regardless, we're happy with the job done.

Accept the transfer from my Chase bank account! (Why doesn't it work???)
I sent this note to my vendor with the screenshot that's attached: See attached. I tried paying this from my bank the other day so to avoid your incurring the credit card charge. This problem has happened before with another company I work with. I spent a half-hour trying to get an answer from Intuit but since I don't have an account they said the "customer" (you) needs to contact them. There really is no reason this payment didn't go through.

Would like to see a list of any pending invoices and also historical paid invoices.
Need to be able to see any unpaid invoices. I missed 3 payments because I never got the email!
