  2. Correct ZIP Code flaw for international customers

    Hi,

    I'm from Australia, zip / post codes are 4 digits, and many countries have different zip code formats. The payment portal generates an error as shown on the attached file.

    Having written much code in my life this seems to require a simple correction. -

    EITHER

    Change the red "Please enter a valid 5 digit ZIP code" to
    "Please enter a valid 5 digit ZIP code - for international customers enter your zip / post code and add extra zeros to make 5 digits"

         OR

    If less than 5 digits is entered pop up a list of countries to…

  7. Put an actual transaction number on it instead of “UNDEFINED” and don’t leave the payment method blank!

    This is not a very official looking receipt without a transaction number and with the payment method left blank!

  14. This was perfect. I loved paying my invoice this way. The link stayed live and I was able to make payments on it. I wouldn't change it.

  15. Your verification system is awful. If you are paying the invoice from your phone you can’t access the verification code.

    Stop requiring a verification code every time. If you pay with your phone you can’t access and use the code. How stupid is that? You should make payments easier to make not harder. I don’t bother to log in to your system anymore. WAY more trouble than it’s worth.
