  3. It would be more expedient for me to pay through my bank's billpay, where I pay all my other household invoices

  5. It would be helpful if I didn't have to download a copy of the receipt and the invoice. The receipt doesn't show an itemized list.

  11. allow credit card payment; HATE being forced to provide bank information. Very DANGEROUS.

    make CC payment available. Being forced to pay with bank account info needs to be outlawed. This was for family member; otherwise would seek different merchant.

  12. Skip the verification code

    I appreciate the security procedure, but if I've logged in with my credentials the security code seems redundant. And it takes up time (I've never gotten a security code on the 1st attempt, sometimes I have to repeat the process 3 times).

    My bill was late being paid because you sent the invoice to my OLD email address that I was using some 7 years ago.

  15. Please be sure that I get my invoice

    Since you switched to this system I have to call customer service and request an invoice every month. It is inconvenient to have to do this just to be able to pay my bill.

  17. Allow to select payment - whether 1/2 of invoice or all of invoice

    $1375 is my total rent, I like to pay half one time and then half the other, so by the first of each month, PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL
