  2. the requirement for a 5 digit zip code is nonsense outside the USA. in NZ our codes are 4 digits and having to enter a random set of 5 digit

    Please fix your zip field. It's a nonsense outside the USA (where some of us actually do live) You force us to lie just to jump your hoops.

  3. take payments at time of job completion.

    i had work done along time ago. having another plumbing problem and then immediately ask myself if i had paid. checked backlog of email and i hadn't. it would be better if collected immediately was an option.

  6. I think it was awful with this pandemic ic going on to send a disconnect I had to wait to get paid Thursday. It was not on purpose.

    I think to send disconnect for 7 days late is probably the insensitive thing you could do knowing there are children here that have to do school from home. I’m sure you don’t care about people having a hard time. I was trying to wait to get paid so I would not overdraft. I apologize for being 7 days late

  8. It is a difficult to enter routing number and account number each time. Why can't I just enter my CC number?

    Too much work to enter routing/account number. Why not just allow me to enter my credit card number.

    Why is it so hard to pay for this product. It is frustrating to have to wait for a link to pay. Why doesn’t the transaction go through the first time. Very frustrating.
