  5. Reduce clicks

    Don't make us click 2 and 3 times just to view an invoice. Should be easier to get to. Viewing invoice is important to do before paying the bill.

  6. PAID stamp on INVOICE

    Put up higher in center by customer NAME.
    Placing in BODY covers up needed information!

  7. Fix the broken fonts

    The fonts are broken and showing up as Times New Roman in small size. Very hard to read and not in the QBO design language.

    Even after clearing browser history and copying and pasting link for payment cannot pay invoice by bank transfer.

  18. Customer Portal

    All invoices sent via email should have a link embedded that when clicked will bring the customer to a page that shows their entire billing history. The customer should also have the ability to pay off their entire account balance on this page as opposed to just an invoice.

    I’m sorry that this is so late but to my knowledge I have not received an invoice either through the US Mail or by email. Megan Smith from TRUE Design, sent your invoice to me today.

    Please accept my apology as I make a point to pay my bills as soon as I receive them. Your statement somehow fell through the cracks.
