9. You guys send me an email every time the payment is due saying that it is past due. I never get a bill that allows me to pay prior.

   I never get a notification that I have an invoice due until you say it has not been paid. It seems to always occur on a day that the trash it to be picked and then you don't pick up mine. I have never not paid you and would appreciate getting an invoice in advance of the DUE DATE.

15. I didn't see how I could pay the 50% deposit. I'm not worried about the work not being done, so I paid the whole amount.

    To be able to pay part of the invoice as a down payment or deposit for work that hasn't been done yet.
