  7. Show multiple invoices when I log in

    My kids' volleyball club sends me two separate invoices to pay each month. I have to go in thru the email link and sign in for each one. It's frustrating that they both don't show up under my "account" when I sign in. You should be able to see multiple invoices to the same person once you sign in.

  8. Sign up for payment thru Venmo

    Several service providers that I use turned me onto Venmo, which is associated with PayPal. It’s something you might check into.

  13. I accidentally chose debit but paid with a credit card

    I accidentally chose debit but paid with a credit card; if that screws up the charge (and pulls it as a cash advance from the credit card at a higher interest rate), I will be upset. Have credit as DEFAULT and debit as a choice...

  18. I would say "it is a very friendly experience in paying invoices."

    I have no ideas.....but want to apologize for being late in paying my bill. I very rarely have received billings on line - so I am sorry about this first one. Karen Reamer
