1. Show invoice and receipt together so I don't need to save them separately

   It would be nice to see the invoice along with the receipt to submit itemized costs and proof of payment together. Saving both separately is annoying, and receipts do not show the original charges,

3. CC fee reminder each invoice

   In the actual payment screen, please remind us that there is a 3.5% CC fee. This is standard for most online payments and for the size of the payments amounts to quite a bit of money. Having a single statement at the beginning of the year with general information, then sending an invoice (with no information about fees) several months later and expecting people to go back to the original email to see the fine print is simply wrong (morally).

8. iif - download in payor Quickbooks

   Nice to pay online. However, it would be great to be able to download the invoice into QB via iif or web connect. Otherwise i Must hand enter the invoice i just paid.

9. Provide a link to additional invoices to the same account.

   I'm receiving multiple emails for multiple small invoices. I would love to have a link to other outstanding invoices so I can pay multiple invoices with one transaction. It's really annoying to do it one at a time.

18. If you are happy as is, no change. If you want it faster, look at no cost options

    I was very happy with your service and happy with the price. I felt bad that the system seemed to take a bit of time before your email made it to me. If you want payment quicker, consider Pay Pal, Zelle, Venmo as no cost options. If you are happy with your system as it is, then keep on as you are.
