send us to "write a check" when we are paying online invoices so we can make our own notations
when i receive a vendor invoice, it only has their description of services. i want the option to go to my checkbook, cut an "online check" and put my own notes on it, then have the online check act as a bank transfer that stays in my checkbook with my notes

Payer's email address.
Your system should include an address field to use to return payment confirmation to the payer. In my case, I am a Fiscal Officer at a public university and need to ensure that I get sufficient documentation of the payment made. While it is nice that I can immediately download a receipt, there are times when I have experienced issues and have not been able to do so. In fact, I had to try that a second time as the system hung up and would not populate the receipt on screen.

Pay by credit card... nothing happened
It took over 40-minutes and multiple credit card entries for me to be able to pay an invoice. No error message telling me there was a problem... NOTHING on the screen except a spinning logo. Horrible experience!

Support tagging
Support a tag/label when using credit/debit card so it gets sent as part of the transaction. Will help when reviewing card statements

we only have a four digit area code and it used to be ok but now requires a five digit area code....
change it to be optional especially for overseas clients

Don't make me get a verification code every time I log in.
Having to get a verification code every time I log in is extremely irritating. In the time it takes to wait for the verification email, open it and go back to the site, I can just as easily enter all of my credit card information. Why waste my time? I logged in. It's me. Please fix this.

I used to be able to download receipts that said paid when I paid a vendor who uses quickbooks. This no longer works, nothing downloads.
I can't down load invoices any longer when I pay one of my vendors through quick books. It used to be so easy, I paid, clicked download receipt and I got a copy that said paid. No more, nothing downloads, pain in the but as a company that pays invoices from my vendors. I am so frustrated. I have two vendors that use this system and I would not recommend it, so inconvenient for companies that pay invoices through this system.
