Would not save routing and checking account number. Have to reenter every time even though I setup an account. Poor user interface!
My idea is not new...many other people have the same issue. I created an account but I STILL have to enter the routing and checking account EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Who designed this interface??? It is NOT user friendly! This info needs to be stored/encrypted so that every month all I have to do is hit the PAY button. When will this be fixed??? This technology is available with lots of other organizations like PSEG, credit card companies, newspapers, retailers, banks, etc.

Security concern
Need to have better protection for individuals that are making payments. You rely too heavily on the person that is expecting payment to be made to send the correct link to the payer. The payer should have some way to hold the link that is sent to the correct account for validation. Seems to open to anymore that was provided that one link.
Suggest 2FA validation, email, and account number tie backs for complete transparency so that everyone is aware where the payment is going to and coming from.

If one sets up a payment account and assigns saved bank info, the process should be one click.

The signing in process needs to be simplified.
The signing in process needs to be simplified. I have to memorize the ID, password, and the CVC number of my credit card just to make a payment. Plus recieve a phone or email to get logged in. It is just easier to go get my credit card and enter everything manually.

The invoice shows a transaction ID. It would be better if there were also an account.membership number.

Stop insulting Irish people
My name contains a hyphen and an apostrophe. Your form tells me my name is not valid. You need to update what your form recognizes as valid. I’m not the only one out there with punctuation in my name.

Please bring back the ability to print a pdf w/ the PAID indicator across it, from the payment page itself. The current choice, after the update, lets you download a substandard text-heavy form.

Listen to users and act on their feedback! Sooo many users here asking for support for recurring payments,year after year, plenty of votes, but QuickBooks does... nothing. Why ask for feedback if you're not going to do anything about it?
