My idea is not new...many other people have the same issue. I created an account but I STILL have to enter the routing and checking account EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Who designed this interface??? It is NOT user friendly! This info needs to be stored/encrypted so that every month all I have to do is hit the PAY button. When will this be fixed??? This technology is available with lots of other organizations like PSEG, credit card companies, newspapers, retailers, banks, etc.
