  4. Clearly state fees as debit cards with logos still have a fee instead of a bank transfer

    The additional fee for using a debit card with a logo is the same fee as using a credit card which should not be the case. Debit cards regardless of having a log should not have a fee just a direct bank transfers do not. Bank transfers are not instant as opposed to debit cards which are, this makes the entire payment process slow inconvenient and forces you to track the payment as it posts to the account days latter.

  6. Undo reconcile

    Please give us back the ability to UNDO an erroneous reconciliation.

    I made a stupid but simple mistake. I missed out reconciling one month's credit card statement due to a misfiled paper credit card statement.

    It was very obvious next month, and would have been very easy to fix IF I'd been able to undo my incorrect last reconciliation. But Oh no. I cannot undo the reconciliation like I could on QB desktop. WHY NOT? I have the audit trail turned on. I'm not a crook. I'm just trying to grapple with the usual business bureaucracy.

    You won't allow me to enter my LEGAL NAME - Jo-Ann Belanger. Why?? My first name has a dash / hyphen in it and my last name you have 1,000% WRONG. Belanger and Boulanger are NOT interchangeable!
