I usually pay invoices on courses ordered by typing in note: Charge credit card on file. Is this changed?
What I have been doing all along.
I have a company debit card on file with NCCA/SACC. Until now, I have just typed in the NOTE section when ordering a course, CHARGE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

paid invoice receipt should have the details from the invoice so that one may actually be able to go back and use the data on there to know
the invoice was actually about, say it was more Tham mother month- what good is the receipt in its form now? You have two save the two sep docs in that months file to go back and preform any meaningful research

it doesn't work -- I get confirmation emails from Books but my vendor tells me they are not getting paid
my vendor says I have to use this platform to pay but I get confirmations from GBooks on payments yet the funds do not process thru to my vendor pls help

Read the posts of suggestions. It seems obvious that users are wanting a “ memo” line. Someone is not listening.
You have asked for suggestions on how to improve the process. There are numerous requests for a “memo “ line. I suggest you respond to those suggestions.

Bank Transfer for Business Checking acoount
When I entered a bank transfer option (as opposed to credit card) and selected "Business Checking" option, it still required a First and Last Name as well as the expected Bank Acct & Routing Number. It seems like there should be one line option for the name of the business, as that is the owner of the account. I put our corp name in the FIRST NAME field and it did not accept - required both fields completed. I split our business name between First and Last name and it took it (hope goes through fine). Allow me to paste my bank number in both fields
Not allowing pasting the in second bank account number is a useless waste of time. It does not improve security or accuracy. Many people use password and data managers. Let us take advantage of them.
