Need to know when customers receive emailed invoices with a time and date stamp and many claim they did not receive the initial email.
Hello,
We have many clients that complain that they have not received our emailed invoice. Often, I find that it would be helpful to receive a time and date stamp to help with overdue payments.

This month (July 2018), we initially got ("ONLY") a paper bill ... via "snail mail". Melody's Mom had to call up, to request an ONLINE bill.

In my opinion, that should be automatic. In fact, if we could set it up -- SIMILAR to our electric and water bills, which are usually a different amount every month, but STILL have "automatic payment" (as an option) ... IMHO that would be EVEN BETTER!

It would be helpful if you number your invoices.
My bookkeeper has requested many times that I ask your company to put invoice numbers on your invoices. It helps keep things straight on our end.

Instead of having the due date the same date that the invoice is sent have sent out 7-15 before it is due.
See above. In addition please use one email address for all your correspondence with me. I receive at least three different sender addresses regarding my business payroll and taxes. This makes it difficult and time consuming to search for emails that you have sent. I, like everyone these days, get way to many emails. The above would make it much easier to stay on top of all the emails you send me. Thank you!

Given the number of votes and the lack of response, this page seems to be a dead end.
You know what the most wanted payment methods are. Do it. Don't ask for votes if you have no interest in doing it.

You need to annotate the actual date(s) the grass was cut. I mean, that should be a no brainer.

Pay by checking with Routing and Account instead of Username and Password.
It seems with QB Online payment that has a Stripe message at the bottom the payee has to log into their online banking rather than using the routing number and checking account number. Its hard to trust. It should be the same as normal bank Merchant Service.

Would be nice if you could take credit/debit cards and store information.
Auto reoccurring payment would be wonderful as well..

Instead of waiting for the email with the link in it be able to go directly to the website to pay.
