It would help if i had an invoice. Why i didnt receive your July invoice i have no clue. And it would certaintly be nice and professional in the future if you would contact me either via phone or email should this type of problem happen again.

Put your Company info/logo at the top of the page so it looks like I'm paying you instead of quickbooks.
Your invoice looks like I'm paying Quickbooks. Format it so that It looks like I'm paying CustomLanyards4All.com - this is a terrible invoice/receipt!

I was told I could make a 50% deposit, yet that was not an option
If the vendor allows for a deposit you should give that as an option, also was suppose to be able to download the payment yet it failed.

Don't have it remember your previously typed number. Mine had some random number in it (which I thought was my previously entered account number) and it turned out to be some other stupid number... Which resulted in my payment being late and I incurred a fee. Quickbooks should have paid this fee, since it was their program that fucked up!

You need to add a Short pay option - plumber said he was going to fix somethign they broke. they haven't yet, but the invoice is 'due' today
