2. save credit card information

   When i pay a bill on your website, i get asked if i want the credit card to be saved. your website never saves my credit card information and it's very annoying.

12. Wishing for auto pay option plus text message on phone would be great. That way my bill would always be paid on time. No late charges ever.

    Auto pay would be nice. In the past I had it set up on my credit card and I was never late. Somehow you guys changed it all for worse. Now I don't check my e mail and this is second time I ended up with late fee. When I contacted you about forgiveness for the fee I did not hear anything from you guys. Plus it would be super helpful if you send text message to my phone so I can see that I have a bill to pay. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion. At this point we are thinking about switching to another provider. Maybe POGO ZONE... It's frustrating to not even get a reply.
