Keep account payment information so you don't have to reenter each time
Have a sign in that secures our payment info so it remains accessable rather than having to be reentered each time.

include "bank" in payment options; offer PayPal
in paying one invoice, "bank account" was an option but not with another invoice. Make them the same! Also, PayPal would be a good option.

Give the client access to modify their payment options after paying invoice (i.e. add/remove/update payment option)
Give the client access to modify their payment options after paying invoice (i.e. Login access to add/remove/update payment option anytime). This would be helpful to those of us who only pay monthly invoices and may have had to change their billing method or update their card.

Put the amount due of the actual invoice. Not the accumulative amount that has already been paid plus what is due. It is confusing.

Allow to pay several months in advance rather than just the current one month invoice
Rather than have to pay every month for storage, I wish I could simply pay 3, 6,or even 12 months in advance
