Payment posted dates
Quickbooks receipt did not show actual date of payment. It showed May 2nd but payment was actually made at 9:35 on May 1st.

Receipt should be on page not 2. Easy fix. Why has it not been fixed. Lots of complaints. Fix it.

Fix the broken fonts
The fonts are broken and showing up as Times New Roman in small size. Very hard to read and not in the QBO design language.

By allowing customers to make partial payments in QBSE
Allow customers to make partial payments. Sometimes we get a down payment on a job. I can send the customer a receipt. However as the job is in progress if the customer wants to pay a little at a time there is not an option to do that in QBSE

Don't require extended zip code. Who has that memorized....?
The form would not go through until I researched what my 4 digit extension is after my 5-digit zip code. This is hard to do when paying from a phone without files nearby.

Have the Invoices show up in my quickbooks account.
It would be great if there was a tab in my quickbooks account for invoices that are sent to me. Even better if it kept track of invoices paid and already paid. :)

Receipt should say from when to when. Hard to tell what lessons being paid for
More detail on the receipt. Payment covers what dates? I just paid but not sure what it covers and when. Need professional level billing.
